Before motherhood I blogged about experiences first as a single woman transitioning to lessons I learned as a newlywed.  Many of my readers followed me through these transitions, and I have been blessed with the ability to share my own experiences and life lessons while learning from experiences also shared by  my readers.

I’ve dealt with job loss, financial hardships, and other situations that have allowed me to learn how to cope with new situations.  I have been able to pass on my experiences while sharing resources to help others overcome their situations.  My freebies and coupons blog was originally created when I was dealing with financial hardship.  As I learned to budget my money and shop wisely I used blogging as my opportunity to share my findings with others.

I have had the ability to share products with my readers over the years, and blogging through my life’s transitions has allowed me to showcase reviews of products appropriate for many different lifestyles.

I do not consider myself a “Mommy Blogger” as I became a blogger many years before becoming a mother.  Motherhood has opened new doors for me in the blogging world, and I have expanded my social network through forums and networking sites primarily appealing to mothers.  I have had the opportunity to gain new friends while sharing my own experiences and learning from others.
